A support group providing regular support in the areas of :-
Understanding Borderline personality disorder
Building strategies for coping
Providing constructive support to partners and families
Exploring relationships and deepening communication
Maintaining confidence and good mental health
Sharing experiences
Creating networks of support
Promoting good mental health for partners and families
Monthly meetings from 18.30 – 20.30
